Terms of Service
Welcome to the Cloud Access service operated by Amiable Networks Limited. To protect your legal rights, please read this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) carefully before using the service. By using this service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
- This service is designed to provide users with encrypted transmission, remote access, and multi-region relay capabilities over the internet.
- The service involves client-side access to node resources for data transmission and remote connection operations.
- Specific service parameters, limitations, and pricing are subject to the information published on the official website.
2. User Conduct
- Users may not use the service for any illegal, infringing, or disruptive activities that affect the normal operation of others' networks.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and for all activities under their account.
- Users must comply with local laws and regulations as well as this platform’s terms of service.
3. Usage Restrictions
- It is strictly prohibited to use this service for illegal activities, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, drugs, fraud, or money laundering.
- Resale, redistribution, sharing of accounts or service content, or providing service access to others in any form is not allowed.
- Running programs that affect service stability—such as web crawlers, mass scraping, BitTorrent downloads, or pirated content transmission—is prohibited.
- Users may not use the service for system probing, scanning, intrusion, disruption, or attacks.
- Distribution of malicious code, fraudulent content, misinformation, or other harmful materials is forbidden.
- Resource abuse or violation of fair usage policies is not allowed.
4. Service Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account and services if any violations of this agreement or service policies are detected.
- In extreme cases involving legal risk or abuse, the platform may take immediate action without prior notice.
- Accounts voluntarily canceled or expired without renewal will be considered automatically terminated.
5. Refund Policy
- If a user submits a refund request within 30 days of purchase, has not previously requested a refund, and passes our review confirming no policy violations, we may approve a full refund at our discretion.
- Each user is entitled to only one refund opportunity.

, and we will process them within 7 business days. -
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date;
- More than 80% of the subscription period has been used;
- More than 80% of the included data has been consumed.
- Once a refund is confirmed, the user's account will be deleted, all data will be cleared, and the service will be immediately terminated.
6. Disclaimer
- We will make every effort to maintain continuous and stable service but are not responsible for interruptions caused by network issues, equipment failures, or force majeure events.
- We do not take responsibility for any third-party content or links accessed through this service.
