What is Amiable Cloud Access?
Amiable Cloud Access (ACA) is an enterprise-grade remote access service that allows users to securely and efficiently connect to resources across regions. It's ideal for remote work, cloud management, and cross-location access.
ACA uses the industry-standard IKEv2/IPSec protocol defined by IETF, widely supported by Microsoft, Apple, Google, Cisco, and other major vendors. It builds highly encrypted tunnels to ensure the security and privacy of your remote connections.
Which countries/regions are supported?
Currently, nodes in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Shanghai (China), and Hong Kong (China) are supported. More regions will be available soon—stay tuned.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use ACA on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. However, each account supports up to 4 devices online at the same time. Please do not share your account with others—friends and colleagues should register separately.
What happens when I use up my data?
When your 30GB monthly quota is used up, your service will pause until the 1st of the next month. You can also purchase an extra data package at any time to resume service immediately.
Why didn’t my data increase after purchasing a plan?
Data is allocated automatically by the system on a monthly basis. Purchasing a plan only extends the validity period—it does not immediately increase your data. If your current plan is still active but you've run out of data, we recommend purchasing an extra data package.
Will PayPal automatically renew my subscription?
No. We use one-time payments. Your plan will not renew automatically—you will need to repurchase it manually once it expires.
What is PAC?
PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) is a method of automatically configuring proxy settings. It uses a PAC file to determine—based on the requested URL—whether to route traffic through a proxy or connect directly, enabling flexible access control.
Why does my PAC setting sometimes stop working?
This may be caused by interference from certain security software or applications such as 2345 SafeGuard, Dr.Web, Avast, NOD32, or iQIYI PPS. We recommend disabling or uninstalling such software, or adding exceptions to avoid conflicts.
